Prices published in Czech crowns (Ckr) are similar to those you may find on Czech internet sites. This is the real price asked by the owners of these objects. This price is leading, prices in Euro are, due to the exchange rate, subject to changes.

Brokerage

RealCZ.com can also become your active broker for finding and purchasing real estate. If so the brokerage is 2% with a minimum amount of 1.500 euro. When you give us the order we will ask you to pay € 150,00 in advance (10%). Becoming a member of RealCz.com (subscription) is free of charge for the first three months, after that you will pay € 10,00 per month.

Additional costs

Of course there will be additional costs when you actually decide to buy. For official contracts there are for instance translations needed. You will need to obtain a residence permit, maybe you want to found a Czech Ltd. (S.r.o) or maybe you need a mortgage. All things and costs you want to have clear in advance.
